For all UK orders we offer FREE returns as long as you use our Royal Mail returns service.

If you don't use the Royal Mail service we will be unable to offer a refund on postage sent by other means. If you do have trouble using our FREE Royal Mail returns service then please contact us at info@tumbleandhide.com

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

In order to use our FREE Royal Mail Returns service you need to follow the below link to create your returns label.

Simply follow the instructions to create a label which you can then print off.

You will need to attach the label to your parcel using sellotape.

Then just drop the parcel off at any Post Office making sure you get a Proof of Postage.

how long will it take to process my return?

We will receive your return within 2 working days.

In most cases we will process immediately but please allow 28 days for your funds to appear back in your account

do you offer exchanges?

Due to constantly changing stock levels we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item then you need to just return the item back to us and place a new order for the item that you want instead.

The only situation where we can exchange is in the unlikely event a faulty item has been received

Our 30 Day Returns Policy also applies to International Orders, except that;

We are unable to offer free returns on International Orders. You will have to cover the cost of returning the item back to us.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A SHOP, HOW DO I RETURN IT?

If you have purchased a Yoshi product from one of our retailers then you will need to contact the store where you purchased it.

The reason for this is that all stores have their own returns policy and operate independently to our returns policy.

Also the financial transaction occured between yourself an the store that we are not involved in and only the store can issue refunds to you.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

As a consumer purchasing from an ecommerce website by law you automatically have rights.
